The Bazaar at The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad is thrilled to welcome Richard Geoffroy, the legendary former Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon and the visionary behind IWA Sake, for an extraordinarily unique and immersive ‘one night only’ dinner experience.

The evening will begin with a Dom Pérignon reception for the rare opportunity to mingle with Richard, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. With Richard as a guide, guests will then be taken on a deeply personal journey to discover and savor a curated selection of different IWA 5 Assemblages, perfectly paired alongside Head Chef Victor Rivera's exquisite culinary creations.
