Bazaar Meat Named a 101 Best Restaurant

The Daily Meal lists Bazaar Meat as #76 on its list of the 101 Best Restaurants in America, all "bucket list destinations worth the splurge." They recommend: "Be bold and try the 'vaca vieja,' a bone-in rib-eye from a flavorful, mature California Holstein cow."
