In Beverly Hills and South Beach, the LN2 Caipirinha (pictured above) is a twist on the national Brazilian drink made out of avuá cachaça and fresh lime, rendered into a tart and refreshing sorbet. In Las Vegas, the LN2 Don’t Be a Lemon! is floral and citrus rum cocktail made with Bacardi Superior rum, elderflower liqueur, lemon and grapefruit juices, tarragon, pomegranate, orange bitters, and the pièce de résistance, liquid nitrogen.
